Yaching New Zealand is looking to employ three qualified instructors for the 2014/2015 Volvo Sailing... Have A Go! programme. The Northern region involves travel through Waikato, Auckland and Northland. The Central region involves travel from Waikato to Wellington while the Southern region covers the whole South Island. These are contract positions commencing late September 2014 and continuing through until mid April 2015.

Postcards from France, 2nd days racing at French 420 Nationals

The two NZL 420 crews in Ouistreham, Normandy, have one of those days that is best forgotten. The day started very cloudy and not that warm for Summer, the small French Warship was pretty impressive as it navigated the Harbour locks as the 420 fleet was about to launch but on the course, the two races that were held for each flight were marred by many Black Flag Disqualifications.
