All Clubs need someone to do results – so Yachting New Zealand is offering an introduction to using the free Sailwave Results program.
NZCT Regional Support Officer Kim Admore will facilitate the up-skilling process (with the assistance of a couple of highly skilled results people) which starts with information via email including links to download the free program, a user guide, a set of Sailing Instructions and a set of results. With this material you get to have a go at preparing a trial set of results using the Sailwave software.
Then on Tuesday 16th September 2014 registered participants will be invited along to Yachting New Zealand for an in person review session.
“We will see how you got on with the trail results, and can answer your questions,” explains Kim. “At this meeting we will also cover off; recording of results on the water, methods of getting results ashore, dealing with altering results, publishing and storage of results.
