On Sunday the 10th November Wakatere Boating Club launched a fleet of six RS Fevers.
This is a new initiative for the club, that they see has having great benefits for the transition of opti sailors into double handed boats, introducing youth into sailing, parents and children , match racing, teams racing , inter club challengers and other opportunities.
“This is an exciting initiative and it could be a model that may work well for other clubs,” says Kim Admore, YNZ Regional Support Officer.
