Yachting New Zealand are looking for a friendly and professional office administrator to join the team at our Takapuna offices.
We are the national sports organisation for sailing and boating in New Zealand and comprise of approximately 25 employees around the country committed to helping New Zealanders access, enjoy and succeed on the water for life. We also represent the needs and interests of more than 200 member clubs, classes, affiliated organisations and their members from grassroots to Olympians.
We are looking for someone who will be the face and voice of Yachting New Zealand when people enquire or need anything relating to sailing or boating in this country. A knowledge of the sport is advantageous but not essential.
This is a key role requiring a friendly person with great communication skills who is highly organised and efficient to help keep the office humming.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can cope with a flexible workload and help staff with administrative duties from time to time.
This is a part time permanent role for 25 hours a week over five days - Mon-Fri 10am-3pm but with some capacity for flexibility.
