The Opua Cruising Club are hosting a safety seminar when individuals can discover if their boat meets the changes to the 2017 safety regulations.
Yachting New Zealand safety and technical officer Angus Willison will explain the changes and advise how boats can meet these requirements. This is important before you sign your race entry form for the new season.
