The City of Sails’ long-awaited SailGP debut promises high-octane racing action in front of some of the world's most passionate fans as the ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix | Auckland gets underway on 18-19 January 2025.
The dates for fans to get their hands on the hottest ticket of the summer have now been revealed with general public tickets available from Wednesday 25 September.
Tickets are expected to attract unprecedented demand, but you can skip the queue by registering for the strictly limited pre-sale from Monday 23 September here.
With the perfectly positioned Waitematā Harbour racetrack just minutes from downtown Auckland, more than 10,000 fans are expected to join the choir of cheers from Wynyard Point’s purpose-built grandstands and hospitality in the stunning Shoreline Villas or from a front-row position in their own boats.

Recreational boat owners can also secure an incredible viewing position inside the public Exclusion Zone - ensuring the best vantage point to watch the action - with a Bring Your Own Boat (BYOB) flag.
BYOB flags are valid for both event days - 18 and 19 January 2025.
