Costs $225
This course focuses on developing skills for coaching sailors at club, regional, and
national levels. These coaches will accompany club-level sailors to national
competitions, preparing them for racing at an international level.
The regatta coach covers the same topics as in race coach, but further develops an
understanding for the finer points of racing, and competing at high-intensity levels. The
course goes into depth on each topic, with a particular focus on ensuring athletes have a
routine that will develop their talent. This also covers planning and programming, and
working closely with individual sailors.
