PHRF and IRC: Applications set to open for new 2014-15 season

PHRF and IRC certificates will expire on 31 May and boat owners are encouraged to prepare for revalidating for the new season, especially if you are planning to race in June.

Application and revalidation forms for both PHRF – Yachting New Zealand’s national performance based handicapping system and for IRC – the RORC rating system will be made available tomorrow under Racing on yachtingnz.org.nz.

2014-15 PHRF certificates are available from 1 May, one month in advance of the roll-over date allowing owners get in early and be prepared.  

2014-15 IRC applications forms will also be made available and the RORC office in Greta Britain has advised that they will be issuing new season IRC certificates from 21^st May 2014.
