The Panmure Yacht and Boating Club is the most recent to take up the exclusive Aon package of insurance policies specifically for YNZ member sailing and boating clubs..
“Together with much improved policy coverage, we saved the club a significant amount over their previous years renewal premiums” says Campbell Welson, Senior Account Manager for Aon New Zealand. “This is a great result for the PYBC.”
Panmure Yacht and Boating Club is one of a growing number of Yachting New Zealand affiliated clubs that is reaping the rewards from the relatively new national relationship with Aon, giving clubs access to a tailor made policy for YNZ member clubs.
“As a leading broking house in New Zealand, we have identified an insurer that will work with Aon and the YNZ Clubs to provide best pricing for the coverage required”, Campbell continues. “We are looking for at least a 15% savings on Clubs’ insurer premiums on a like for like basis”.
The package includes cover for club assets such as buildings, boats and equipment, and loss of club revenue interruption cover. In addition, there is cover to protect the many liability exposures that can arise out of club activities in an ever increasing litigious and regulated environment. Aon will tailor the insurance package to meet each clubs specific requirements.
