The 61st Annual General Meeting of Yachting New Zealand is to be held at 10:30am on Saturday 17th October 2015 in Auckland.
Venue: Northcote Birkenhead Yacht Club, 1a Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead Wharf, Auckland
Closing date for notices: 5pm Monday 7th September 2015
In accordance with the current Constitutional requirements:

Notice of any proposed alteration or addition to the Constitution, or any proposed remit shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting.
Notice of any alteration or addition to the constitution, or any proposed remit may be proposed by the Board or any voting member of Yachting New Zealand.

Notice of any resolution and/or nomination to be proposed at the AGM shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting.
Nominations for the Board of Directors are to be received in writing to the CEO by two member clubs. There are two elected vacancies for the Board. These will be elected as per Article 14.2, 14.3 & 14.5 of the Yachting New Zealand Constitution; the retiring directors (Peter Dawson and Jamie McDowell) may be re-elected.
