Six sailors battled it out over a total of eight races, with Bay Of Islands’ Yacht Club Jack Honey taking out the event followed by Nicola Wilson from Onerahi Yacht Club in second place.
Sailors from Russell Boating Club and Kerikeri Cruising Club also made up the fleet which faced choppy conditions in a south-westerly breeze of around 18 knots.
