Mahurangi College will be holding a regatta for students between years 7 and 10 at Sandpit Yacht Club in Algies Bay on 28 November. A great social event for both parents and sailors with good viewing from the beach, the event’s reputation for being low key makes it a great opportunity for sailors to learn about travelling and sailing at new venues.
Classes sailed include the Optimist, P Class, Starling, Splash, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Techno & RSX, and 420.
