The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron are looking for a fulltime salaried coach to run the growing adult learn to sail’ and race crew training programmes.
This role will involve both on-water coaching of RNZYS sailing programmes and administration relating to RNZYS learn to sail programmes. This will include marketing, enrolments, following up with students, risk management and updating course material. This role will also involve sourcing, developing and managing part-time coaches to assist delivering these programmes.
