It's not every day you get to sail with Olympic silver medallists.

Molly Meech and Alex Maloney, who were second in the 49erFX at last year's Rio Games, are teaming up with Erica Dawson and Ellie Copeland to offer girls a chance to sail on a 49erFX at Murrays Bay on March 5 (noon-4pm).
Participants need to bring suitable clothing, a life jacket, sunscreen, a hat and water. A BBQ will be put on afterwards when you can learn more about what makes Meech and Maloney tick.
