A new clinic has been established to help young sailors who have moved into a youth class within the previous six months and are not already attending the Aon national youth clinics.
An Aon new to youth class clinic will be held at Murrays Bay Sailing Club on September 8-9. Clinic aims:
- Explain how the boat works
- Learn how to set up your boat for a variety of conditions
- Learn the fundamental techniques that will help you progress your own training
- Provide an opportunity to be assessed for eligibility to attend the Aon national youth clinics
The classes at the clinic will be 420, Laser Radial, RS:X 8.5, Nacra 15 and 29er.
Registrations close on August 26 and will cost $100 per sailor.
