Sailing coaches and support personnel can access Drug Free Sport New Zealand’s (DFSNZ) award-winning anti-doping E-Learning programmes.
The specially-designed coaches module focuses on practical anti-doping information and how support personnel can assist their athletes to compete cleanly. It covers anti-doping rules which apply to them, plus practical ideas on how to arrange education and support their athletes to remain drug free.
DFSNZ recommends all support personnel complete the free E-Learning anti-doping programmes which are available on your computer or mobile via the DFSNZ website.
Do you know the answers to these questions?
- How many of the 10 anti-doping rules apply to coaches and support personnel?
- How do I prepare my athletes for doping control?
- When is the best time to talk to athletes about doping?
All of these questions and many more are answered in the coaches E-learning module, which is complimentary to the level one and level two programmes.
It pays to stay informed of your anti-doping rights and responsibilities if you are a sailing coach or support person. If you need the completion of your anti-doping education registered, please click here. If you do not require your E-Learning education to be registered, please click here.
