The Lowry Bay Yacht Club at Seaview Marina in Wellington will host the official launch of the 24-Hour Endurance Yacht Race on Friday 30 September at LBYC’s clubhouse, starting at 7.00pm.
The preparations for the race are well under way and many skippers have already pledged to be on the start line in April 2017. At the launch there will be a video presentation for members, aspiring competitors and sponsors. The same presentation will be held at other yacht clubs in the greater Wellington and Marlborough area in the months to come.
