National judging seminars (level 2) are a two-day, classroom-based course which focus on the skills and practices of judging and protest committees. It includes interactive exercises and mock protest hearings.
Topics covered during the course include:

- Rule 69 hearings
These seminars fulfil the requirements for those wishing to qualify as national or club judge. There is an opportunity at the end of the seminar for those who wish to take the test to gain club/national judge status.
