Timaru Yacht and Power Boat Club will host the South Island P Class and Starling Championship from 3-4 December in an event which is shaping up to be a ‘must’ for young sailors in these classes.
Interest in the P Class has increased dramatically in the South Island as changes in the Tanner Cup selection process allow for more than one sailor to represent each region. This has seen record numbers being recorded at regional selection trials.
